The rates for our sessions in 2016 are:
Intake: € 25,00 (BTW incl.)
Our intake session (30-40 minutes) allows us to get acquainted and you to present the reason why you decided to ask for the support of a therapist.
Individual consult: € 50,00 (BTW incl.)
Our session will last 45-50 minutes. In our initial sessions I will determine the best approach for your situation and communicate you our plan, frequency and expected duration.
Skype or telephonic consult: € 50,00 (BTW incl.)
In particular circumstances, it may happen not to be able to meet in person for the regular session. In this case, we can have our consult via Skype.
I kindly ask you notification of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to our appointment.
After this time, you will be charged according to the aforementioned rates. Appointments on Monday have to be cancelled at the latest the previous Friday.
Payment time limit
The presented costs to the client have to be paid within 14 days after the date of consult.
During our intake session we will assess the possibility of reimbursement: I will ask your insurance data and check. Each insurance company’s policy is different in terms of the extent of reimbursement. Therefore I advise to check with your insurance company for information regarding coverage of your treatment.
When you have complaints about the psychologist or the treatment, the best thing you can do is discuss these with the psychologist. Possibly the complaint concerns misunderstandings that can be solved in a conversation.
When the problems cannot be solved directly with the psychologist you can file a complaint with the College van Toezicht van het NIP (College of Trustees), www.psynip.nl.
